Positions Currently Available :

  • Sales agent - This person will be responsible for opening new accounts, and servicing exisiting accounts. As an agent, the income potential is un-capped. The individual makes as much as they would like.
  • Appointment setters - This person will manage organizing the calendar and calling on prospective businesses to set appointments. In addtion, the individual will set the follow-up appointments. Appointment setters will have a limited income based on proformace if they are not licensed. If the individual is licensed, they will an added benefit as part of their income.
Updates

Here are some important updates to look for:

 

  • AFLAC has now added a wellness plan to any business that has an account regardless of any employee having an AFLAC policy. For more information contact us at roger_badchkam@us.aflac.com or call (469) 556-2071. You can also watch some health videos to keep you informed (click here).
  • New health presentation video (click here).
  • AFLAC released a new cancer policy effective October 2, 2007 and anyone who already has the cancer policy can upgrade to the new policy at a pro-rated amount for as long as they own it. This promotion expires on April 1, 2009.
  • Consider specialize combinations of our accident policy with the sickness idemnity policy or the cancer policy with the specified health.
  • Ask how AFLAC can help create a conitinuation of business plan so that your business does not stop when something happens to you or your partners.

 

Referrals

Referrals are an increditible way of saying thank you. Which has lead me to creating an incentive program for those who recommend me to their friends, family members, and business associates. In addition, I want to recognize everyone who entrusts me with their referrals. So here is the program used to say thank you to those referring business to me:

 

  • 3 individual referrals who take at least 1 policy each with in a month = 2 talking ducks
  • 6 individual referrals who take at least 1 policy each with in a month = 2 talking ducks + $25.00 gift card
  • 1 business referral with 5 employees that contract with in a month = $75.00 to the resturaunt of their choice.
