Our Company
Badchkam & Associates provides no cost benefit solutions for employer business services and resources to a broad range of clients. We also provide individuals in need of insurance with customized plans that fits in their budgets.

As a person of high ethics and professionalism, I decided to give up my corporate career to persue something where I can see people benefit directly from my help. Prior to starting my insurance business, I audited the internal business units of a major financial corporation. After ten years of service with that company, events lead me to make the change to insurance. The more I learned about the importance and benefits that insurance provides was the more I wanted to help others. Helping people understand that insurance should be obtained when they are healthy became my mission. Working with AFLAC offered the best avenue to increase awareness through employers. The benefits are no cost to the employers, and the employees recieve affordable coverage that will protect their family. Knowing that I am helping people to have a prevention plan in place encourages me offer the best choices to fit your needs.

Currently, I am an active Dale Carngie Coach where I help mentor people to develope their relationship skills. In addition, I am an active member of the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce. When I am not working my time is spent with family and friends. My wife is a tremendous support and my two kids keep me young. I still enjoy catching up with old and new friends every chance I get. I can truly say I have a blessed life and look forward to making more of it.
